Things To Know Before Registering

1. Only legal guardians have the right to register campers. By registering for camp you are confirming that you are the legal guardian of the registrant.

2. Code of conduct:

Fun Quest day camp encourages positive connections that support and empower campers. Staff are trained in communication and positive reinforcement. We ask that campers and parents also behave in accordance with this practice.

While Fun Quest day camp will work to create an accessible and inclusive environment, we reserve the right to use the “3 strikes you’re out” policy with aggressive/dangerous camper behaviour. Parents are also asked to conduct themselves in accordance with camp practice. Note that racist, hateful language is considered part of aggressive behavior at Fun Quest.

Please do not register your camper if you do not believe, in good faith, that the camper can conduct themselves in a way that is safe/non-aggressive.

Fun Quest reserves the right to cancel future camp bookings if incidents with parents or campers escalates to a level that requires this action. In the event of this decision, a full refund for future camp bookings will be provided, however no refunds will be provided for the current week in which the incident(s) occurred.

3. All campers must be toilet trained and able to use the toilet independently. If a child has a disability, we will do our best to accommodate their needs however staff cannot help children with toileting.

4. We cannot guarantee campers will be in the same group. We will do our best to keep friends together, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Allergies: Fun Quest day camp is a nut free camp. Staff and campers are asked to ensure nuts are not brought on site but we cannot guarantee that allergens are not on site. If your child has allergies, please contact the camp prior to registration to discuss options.

6. 911: Safety is our number one priority at Fun Quest! If an injury or emergency occurs, staff will call 911 first and then guardians will be contacted as soon as possible.
